Served it with a side of cauliflower rice and some cheese chips. The recipe doesn’t state when to add the zucchini so I added it with the greens and it turned out just fine!

We have 2 adults and 4 kids in my family and it feeds us for dinner without leftovers. I would say maybe 4 adults who are quite hungry. Think of how large a cast iron skillet is, that’s how big this will turn out. Hope this helps!
