I own a Bar and Grill. We serve breakfast on Sundays. I had left over hash browns along with sautéed green peppers and onions. Naturally I hate to waste food. I followed your recipe and added the sautéed green peppers and onions. To thicken it a bit I added some instant mashed potatoes. I made enough for 3 gallons of soup. Sold out in 2 days. This is now the soup of the day every Monday.
